Resource Guide

Find information about health and social services in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, many of which focus on support for cancer patients and their families.  Many organizations offer services in Spanish and Haitian Creole.

This resource guide was developed by the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center’s Jay Weiss Institute for Health Equity (JWI). The goal of the JWI is to make meaningful progress towards health equity through outreach, community partnerships, research, advocacy, and training. The JWI consists of three interrelated areas: community outreach, research, and training. In all areas, JWI collaborates with community partners who offer critical insight regarding risk conditions affecting health and healthcare utilization.
